Stephen Kos is an Irish-Hungarian-Canadian artist, illustrator, and educator whose career spans multiple disciplines and continents. Primarily working in acrylics, oils, and gouache, Kos transforms the mundane into moments of play and wonder, using surreal hyper-realistic imagery and textured painterly approaches to explore deeper facets of the human condition. 

His artwork has been showcased in solo and group exhibitions across Asia, Australia, North America, and Africa. In addition to a significant portfolio of private commissions, his commercial and editorial clients include McGraw-Hill Books Asia and Asia City Publishing. Kos's contribution to the art world was also highlighted in the documentary Designing Asia, which featured prominent regional creative voices.
